3. Account Terms and Responsibilities

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use the same account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. AI Processing Disclosure

Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, including Anthropic's Claude, to assist with:

• Automated workflow processing
• Content analysis and summarization
• Task automation and suggestions
• Code review and development assistance

By using our platform, you acknowledge that certain data you provide may be processed by AI systems. We maintain appropriate safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your data during AI processing.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, features, and content created by Noice, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform.

By submitting content, you grant Noice a limited license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Noice in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
